Over fifties yoga classes

Next monday we start the new Over Fifties Yoga Classes in Marbella (in spanish & english).

The Over Fifties Yoga Classes is suitable for any individual aged 50 plus who would like to join a Yoga class, or who wish to continue practicing yoga at a much more conducive level. Many of the students who attend the class have a varied experience from over thirty years of practicing yoga to complete beginners. You are welcome to jump in and join us!

I am Cristian, Swiss Yoga Teacher. I have experience with over 50 people classes.
Usually I give class in Ojén, on a nice terrace. I could also arrange a class in Marbella at one of my student home (Myriam).

No membership needed.
Sundays from 11-12 and Wednesdays from 9pm-10pm and 10-10:30pm singing of Kirtans....verryyyyyyyy beautiful.

Instructions are in German, English and Spanish.

Tai Chi Chuan every Monday from 9-10pm.

Yoga class at QI

Wow, I just had my first yoga lesson yesterday with Carola at QI gym near Puerto Banus. I am not a yoga expert, so I don't know what kind of yoga this is, but thought the class was fantastic and I can definitely recommend it. Judging by the 15 people or so who attended at 2:00pm, you can see it is quite popular. There were students of all ages, but probably more on average about 40-50 yrs. This wasn't a power yoga class, but more of a relaxing, yet challenging one.

This class is run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:15 - 3:45 at QI Sport. I think the teacher wants to open a new class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30am, so you will have to make contact with her to confirm. She speaks English and Spanish.
