What is Reiki?

Reiki 1 course based on the traditional teachings of Dr Mikao Usui. The word Reiki is Japanese which can be translated as 'Universal life-force energy'. It is a simple hands on healing technique that is safe, gentle and non-intrusive and can do no harm. It is a holistic system which means it is not just used for healing the physical but also mental emotional and spiritual. If life force energy is low then we are more prone to becoming sick or feeling stressed when blockages in the energy system can occur. When the life force energy is high we are more capable of being happy & healthy. Reiki simply brings the body back into balance.
