Week of Gastronomy in Mijas 2010

Enjoy an experience with food at the 20th Week of Gastronomy in Mijas taking place from November 24th to the 26th. This three day event, organized by the foreigner´s department of Mijas Town Hall, starts everyday at 6:30pm and lasts until 11:00pm at the CIO Mijas, La Cala, Mijas Costa (Ctra. A7, Km. 201).

During this event some of the most well-known chefs from Malaga will be preparing three dishes in front of an audience. After the demonstration the audience will then be invited to taste the dishes.

Two workshops are also being offered. One in cookery and another in wine. Both of the workshops are led by professionals in their field who will invite the public to interact and enjoy their experience. Both workshops will be presented in both English and Spanish and encourage the participants to ask questions and participate in this unique culinary experience.
