A leading real estate office located in a prime location in Puerto Banús is looking for a motivated and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day to day administrative activities at office. Your duties include but are not limited to:
* Supporting the managers with daily activities at office
* Administration of our websites, creation and update its content and searching of new projects
* Writing letters, emails, making/receiving and screening calls, receiving visitors at our office
* Preparing letters and emails, file management and construction of agenda´s in a confidential manner
* Supporting marketing activities
* Working closely with sales team and office manager in all daily and general administration support
1.3. REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent English & Spanish (written & spoken) with excellent communication skills. A third language will be a plus
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Internet and basic photography editing software’s). Experience with Windows, using Excel and Word
- Highly motivated and able to work at office and reading documents. Capable to work with activities, which demand a quick response. Affinity to work within a multilingual team
- Strong attention to detail, highly organization and prioritization skills, capable to multi-task quick and efficiently, fast learning
- Mature interpersonal skills and excellent professional appearance
We offer a full training and a full time contract with a yearly bonus based on final results. Salary will be determined based on skills and working experience. You will be working in a comfortable environment with an excellent multicultural & international working team.
