We are a family of 4 looking for a villa in San Pedro and surrounding areas for 4-6 weeks. We are hoping to relocate and will be looking around and potential properties to buy during this time.

A friend of mine has a nice detached villa in a private development with small pool in San Pedro which may be available. This would be a private let with no commission.

He doesn't speak a huge amount of Spanish and as I am bi-lingual, I'm happy to help him out.
