The company delivers customized help services suited to each individual client.
The main activities include:
Answers the telephone and responds to customers’ inquiries.
Development relationships with local senior organizations to grow customer data base.
Identify residents' interests & focus on those activities
Key Requirements:
• Must be caring, compassionate, & enjoy working with seniors
• Excellent customer engagement skills
• Super organised
• Computer proficiency
• Writing fluency in English (Spanish fluency a plus)
