WANTED: full time live in helper for a young family

We are looking to hire a full time live in helper to work for our family (young couple with one baby); she will be based in nueva andalucia.

I don't know if it is possible to hire directly someone or just trough agency but I prefer to go direct. Is there any website where I can do so? Any help, recommendations will be highly appreciated.
