The Media Development Lounge SL is a film promotion and finance company based in San Pedro and London. We are looking for a supreme quality PA to the Managing Director. Your role will be directly linked to the success of the company and the following qualities are not mandatory however, the more you're able to perform will enhance you're possibility of securing the role.

Book keeping:
daily reconciliation of accounts
management of daily income and out going monies
weekly expenditure and income reports

Sales administration:
issuing contracts and invoices
communication with clients

Social media
place blogs on our website
lead performance indicators
ROI on marketing spend
manage social media campaigns

Any experience with social media is a massive advantage!

Communication
Excellent standard of written and spoken English is mandatory.

Personality
You need to be personable and be able to work with a range of individuals from film directors to sales staff.

In addition to this you'll assist in the day to day process that revolves around a busy film finance and promotion company. You could be sitting in a telephone conference with a film director taking notes and the next moment issuing contracts to investors and then highlighting ways to enhance marketing and other areas of the business in a meeting with the CEO.

It's really down to you to showcase you abilities to secure the role.

Salary
€17,000 to €25,000 per annum depending on experience. There is an additional monthly bonus that may increase your package to in excess of €35,000 + per annum.

We are searching for a savvy, enthusiastic and business minded individual that wants to be part of a growing company. You'll need to contribute, spark ideas and be a fully committed member of staff that's dedicated to growing the business. This is not a role for someone that wants to turn up to work, recover from Nikki Beach, watch the clock and go home.

The interviews will be conducted initially as a phone based interview followed by a personal interview with the Director. Two recent professional references must be supplied.

This is a full time role, please do not apply if you are not able to work from 9:30 to 5:30, Mon to Friday.

A full time work contracts will be issued after a successful trial period.
