Duties and responsibilities
• Representing the company as the first point of contact for the clients
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines
• Ability to work within a team and have an honest and valuable input towards the team structure
• Must show excellent communication skills within the English language
• Flexibility with working flexible hours
• Have the ability to show first class customer experience to all customers
Skills required:
• Experienced in high volume customer service skills
• Experience in writing and communication to customers correspondence
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi task
• Customer service/call centre experience is an asset
• Experience in high volume customer care is preferred but not essential
• Proficient in MS office and general internet understandings
• An understanding of I-Gaming is preferred but not essential
• Self motivated and results orientated is essential
