A full time position is now available for the right candidate within the Virtus Business Centre ,working hours will be 9.00-14.00 /16.00-19.00. Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate should be bilingual( english /Spanish ) with any other languages being an addition,have understanding of accountancy, computer literate,with a major focus on excel and outlook. Have own transport, able to work unsupervised and remaining focused.


Main responsability will be managing the centre, performing administrative duties,budgeting,taking advantage of business opportunities,handling daily and ad hoc responsibilities,attending customers face to face and over the phone,marketing: increasing brand awareness and clientele through networking and social media,developing the centre creating a network of new clients and collaboration with other businesses to be able to offer variety of services, at competitive prices focusing on bringing new revenues.

Knowledge of the spanish system in order to offer "gestoria" service to Expats, be flexible and versatile,Virtus offers various services such as Virtual Office where you will need to look for new clients,but also we have Office Rentalswithin the business centre which will need to be occupied for the whole time.

Insurance: offer any type of insurance,Be able to solve clients issues with any of the main supplies ( Endesa/Telefonica/Water companies). Overall we are looking for someone dynamic and versatile which can take Virtus to the next level.

The ideal candidate should be bilingual( English /Spanish ) with any other languages being a bonus, have an understanding of accountancy, computer literate, with a major focus on excel and outlook. Have own transport and able to work unsupervised.You will be responsible for managing the centre, performing administrative duties, budgeting, maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment, handling daily and ad hoc responsibilities, attending customers face to face and over the phone. Achieving financial objectives by forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Maintaining quality customer service by analyzing and resolving customer problems; identifying trends and recommending system improvements. Developing personal growth opportunities and maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; Establish strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes. Take advantage of new business opportunities by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies increasing brand awareness and clientele. Knowledge of the Spanish system in order to offer "gestoria" service to Expats. A small part of the role will include PA duties to the Director, tasks may vary.

Overall we are looking for a dynamic, proactive, versatile candidate who can develop Virtus even further.
