V International Capoeira Festival in Marbella

The V International Capoeira Festival will be held June 3 - 5, 2011 in Marbella and San Pedro.

This event will starts Friday on Plaza de la Iglesia in San Pedro at 19.00 to 22.00 hours with a masterclass and a welcome ceremony.

The activity will move on Saturday and Sunday day 4 and day 5 to Parque de La Alameda and avenida del Mar in Marbella. This years festival mixes music, dance, fight and history with a cultural exchange.

Saturday's agenda will start at 10.00am and runs until 14.00 with challenging courses (maculele, samba, capoeira angola regional, and Batukada Jiu-jitsu, etc.).

Afterwards, the festival will move from 18 to 22.00 hours to Black Box Theatre, then starting at midnight there will be a Brazilian party at Premier club. The festival will continue on Sunday from 11.00 am with more activities.
