The Flamenco Beat in San Pedro

The theater and dance program titled “Llevo a mis papás al teatro” (I take my parents to the theater) is a series of shows held in Marbella that are geared to entertain the whole family.

On Sunday November 21st at 12:30pm take the kids to see Al compás flamenco (The Flamenco Beat) at the Centro Cultural El Ingenio in San Pedro de Alcántara. This show is intended to bring flamenco to the children and their parents and is especially adapted for children aged 6 - 12.

The creators of the show would like to give the children a real image of what flamenco is like today. The stage is is set in a very natural informal manner. Flamenco is presented as an accessible musical expression so that the spectators have an opportunity to experiment with rhythm, melody and dance steps with games and activities for children.
