The British School of Marbella summer school

The British School of Marbella summer school runs from July 9 to August 24, 2012 for children aged 18 months to 8 years old. The program runs from 9:00am until 1:00pm and is divided into two groups.

Group 1: 18 months to 3 years - The emphasis of this group is on maths, phonics, reading, writing, speaking and listening.

Group 2: 4 - 8 years - Children will learn maths, phonics, reading, writing, speaking and listening.

A typical day at the Marbella summer school will see yoru child involved in structural play, maths, games, sports and music classes plus an emphasis on English vocabulary, reading and writing. Activities for each group are differentiated so each child is supported and challenged appropriately.

Mixed into each day are creative and physical activities promising fun for all groups.

Field trips are made to fun and cultural attractions along the Costa del Sol, such as the Fuengirola Zoo, Sea Life Aquarium and Crocodile Park as well as exploring local attractions such as the beach and parks.

Theme days will be offered where children may participate in a talent competition, mini sports day and more.

The British School of Marbella summer school staff are experienced and highly qualified teachers as well as native English speakers.
