Study Computer Science in Marbella

I hava a question: Is there a University or vocational school in Marbella to study computer science? I met a guy who told me that he studied in Marbella Computer Science, he paid 40k Euro a year and the bachelor's degree required three years. I am very interested in such a course of studies.
