In representation of our clients, you will use and improve your sales capabilities selling and promoting their products and services by telephone. Product knowledge is key in order to be able to respond to the customer's questions effectively and in a strongly confident manner. Your excellent verbal communication skills will help our clients to create the professional and positive image they aim to project. Established policies, regulations and Quality Assurance Standards will be the references you will use to achieve your goals.
Requirements
High School Graduate or G.E.D preferred.
Advanced level of English & Spanish.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Ability to multitask; must be able to listen, type and research information simultaneously.
Computer skills in a Windows-based environment.
High energy level; self-confidence; positive attitude.
Eager to learn; flexibility and adaptability.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Previous sales experience preferred.
