Renovated Terracotta floors and reclamation yards ?

Hello. I have recently bought a beautiful old house. Internally all the floors are of terracotta. Unfortunately they are in desperate need of deep cleaning (before they can be resealed), can anyone please tell me of a good firm who undertakes this sort of work? I realy would be most grateful, as at the moment I am ashamed to show our house to friends because of the condition of the floors. I would also like to know if there are any good reclamation yards for old things for our home. Thanking anyone who can help !!!
