Recommended cleaning service for Marbella rental properties?

Marbella Rental Service

I am looking for an English speaker to help with our family's apartment at change-overs; cleaning the apartment and changing and washing the bed linen & towels. For a 2 bedroom flat close to Puerto Banus, usually about eight times a year. Dates depend on when we visit. We would also like someone who can hold the keys and help out if needed. Can anyone recommend?

I can recommend Global Properties Investments. Vera and her team give a great service, good prices, always an extra for us or for our clients. They do total cleanings, holiday cleanings, laundry and ironing, meet and greet, house check ups, make pictures of damages, etc. They do holiday rentals, always a good price and monthly payments. ANd small decoration renovations. Excellent service!

We have been using for many years Laura and her team Phone# +34640166447 or +34695909923. They are very relaible and reasonable. They even send you pics when the job is done and propmpt you if anything is missing or wrong with your property.
They speak English, Spanish and Russian.

Check out http://jazmarbella.com. They also do property management. They are fantastic for steam cleaning of kitchens. Especially ovens. English speaking, reliable and reasonably.

Hi Kiki, Another company for you to consider! We have used Marbella PMS (Toni Herrero) for apartment change-over (cleaning, washing towels/bed linen) for the past 15 years. Toni's partner Steve can deal with maintenance/repairs if required. He and his team have done many jobs for us including bathroom tiling. Toni is Spanish and Steve is English and the e-mail is info@marbellapms.com.

Hi Kiki. I use a very good company called EC Property Services which is owned and operated by a lady called Eva Borkova. She has looked after my home for the past 3/4 years but has been in operation for over 10 years in the Marbella area, and does all of my cleaning and change overs etc. We also use her for mid week cleans when we are staying over in the summer for several weeks.
