Qualified advance critical care nurse

I would like to continue in critical care as I have just recently completed an Advanced university course in this area of practice. This is my passion of work .

What makes you a great candidate:
I am compassionate, respectful, and put the patients at the foremost of everything I do , encouraging them to be involved with discussion and delivery of their treatments if able to do so. I act as an advocate in situations where it is needed for the patient, and I give pride to my work and 100% in everything I do.
I work great alone but I am also good at working in a team, I can speak out In the patients best interest ensuring they are receiving the best treatment available.


Previous experience: since qualifying I have worked in critical care. I have worked in the high dependency unit, and I. Theatre recovery caring for patients directly out of theatre, I also have experienced working in theatre when mothers are having cessation sections and caring for the mother and baby afterwards. For all that I have learn In these areas Intensive care nursing is where my heart is .
