Piano lessons for a retired man?

I am in Estapona for three weeks. I am learning the piano in two ways. With chords and properly reading both cliffs.

1. Do you have practice rooms for an hour or so at a time
2. Do you have someone who could give guidance with two/three classes a week to improve play/technique.

I am on about a grade three level but not taking any exams and playing contemporary pieces.
