One week language immersion course

Hi there! Greetings from Texas.

We are interested in immersing ourselves in Spanish for one week and in looking for a place where Spanish is the dominant language of the city we found Marbella and Madrid. Since Marbella is on the beach we would like to pursue more information about language immmersion classes in this town!
I see another of language schools and would like to ask for recommendations from people who actually live in Marbella.
This will be for a group of 4 - two teenagers ages 14 and 15 with one year of basic Spanish under their belt and two adults - one at a beginner level and myself at perhaps an intermediate level (Mexican Spanish).
