Developments.es are looking for a senior sales agent (autonomo)
Developments.es is growing, and we can’t keep up with all our international buyers who are looking for a new build home in Costa Del Sol.
We are looking for an experienced real estate sale professional to run company-provided leads and close sales in the new build and off plan real estate field. We provide qualified, high quality leads (customers contact us for more details about a specific development).
What separates us from many other companies are the following:
1) We only deal with developments and that includes around double commission, compared to companies dealing with resales properties. In the end our agents get more out of the time they spend with clients.
2) We work with quality over volume and only deal with quality leads who are requesting information about a specific development on developments.es. We only advertise real listings and provide detailed information for potential buyers. Hereby we empower our customers and agents and enable us all to facilitate a true and honest purchase experience.
3) We believe in personal responsibility and flexibility in a work-life relationship, meaning no fixed office hours. We work out of Ourspace Marbella. This fits our work mentality very well. Our agents come and go as they please. But when we are working a client on phone, email or attending viewings we are all bringing our ”A-game”.
The candidate we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will have sales experience from the residential real estate industries. You must have verifiable and stable sales experience and knowledge about the areas on the coast and it a definite plus if you also have done off plan selling before and if you speak multiple languages. You must also be comfortable with a 100% commission based income. You know best how many sales you can do per month if your are provided plenty high quality leads from your past experience. With developments.es you do not only get a high commission compared with selling resales properties, you can also expect to earn a commision great rate compared to other real estate companies on the coast. We do not want to over promise so please expect to give it a few months before you have build a steady pipeline of flyins and sales.
The ideal candidate must also have strong lead nurturing and follow-up skills. You must be comfortable working with clients over the phone/email/in-person be detail oriented, focused, and a team player. Most importantly, you must have strong ethics and high integrity and be committed to always putting the customer first.
We provide the great training, customer systems, bank and solicitor relationships. We are a team of 6 persons and growing fast.
