OFFER: Managing Couple needed in a Marbella Bed & Breakfast

Hello! We are looking for a freindly, energetic couple to live on location to run the day to day aspects of our Boutique Bed & Breakfast in Marbella Spain. We are a small B&B with 8 rooms centrally located in Marbella very close to the beach.


The job is for a 10 month period per year from Febuary until the end of November. There is also the possiblility to start in December for training which can be disscused during the interview process.

Responsibilities incude: Breakfast service; Cleaning of the rooms and the property; Checking guests in/out; Laundry/Iorning; occasional lunch/snack/drink service; gardening; shopping for food; cleaning of the swimming pool; minor repairs and maintenance of the property; always being available for concierge service; feeding the 2 resident cats.

Customer service is our number one concern, we are a small place that strives to always serve with a smile and make guests feel like family. We are a Boutique Bed & Breakfast who offer luxury services and facilties with the friendliness and familiarity of a B&B.

This job provides free accommodation and a wage.

Aplicants must speak both English and Spanish, and must be able to work legally in Spain. Only couples, no families, and no pets

Hi, we are a couple that currently live in Alicante, Spain and is interested in your job offer. Cristina is Spanish and has worked in 5 stars hotels like the "Meliá Villaitana" as a Chef apart from different, well working English restaurants, she has a low level of English but can communicate easily. She also has a car license and car. I, Lucy am English and can speak fluent English, Spanish and Dutch, I have ran my own restaurant and bars successfully for the last 15 years, but now we are thinking about moving further south and your job offer sounds perfect.
