The Company:
We are a leading introducer of UK investment opportunities that promote fixed interest and income investments. Now with an AR status (authorised representative of an FCA regulated company), with offices in the UK and Scotland we are now looking to expand and grow our overseas sales team.
The Role:
Working in a vibrant and busy office, the successful candidate will be primarily tasked with following up inbound enquiries (leads) and opening new accounts. They will adhere to the Company’s procedures in a compliant manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promoting the Company’s products and services to a broad range of targeted, High Net Worth, Sophisticated and ‘Restricted’ investors.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with all clients and prospects.
• Hitting monthly targets and growing the client base on a weekly basis.
• Qualifying enquiries and maintaining client relationships.
• Travelling to the UK when necessary.
• Meeting clients face to face as and when required.
• Attending investment seminars in order to promote investment opportunities with the business.
• Upholding the Company’s ethos and values by helping to maintain our market leading reputation.
Skills/Behavioural Attributes Required:
• Previous financial sales experience an advantage but not a necessity.
• Account managers must have an eloquent manner.
• Ability to be flexible, handle objections, display initiative and work under pressure both on an individual level and as part of a team when required.
• Self-motivated and passionate about making a difference, you will combine great interpersonal and influencing skills and consistently display excellent communication and sales skills.
• Computer literate and possess basic organisational and administrative skills.
• Self-motivated, flexible and open to change.
• Strong organisational and communication skills (telephone).
• Previous Telephone sales experience/training an advantage.
• A natural communicator with excellent negotiation, persuasive, presentation and interpersonal skills at all levels.
• You must have the hunger and desire to be top earner.
