Nanny, Au-Pair, Household help needed

We are an open minded family with 4 Kids (4 months, 4, 9, 13 years) 2 cats and 2 dogs living in a nice villa with a huge garden and swimming pool. We need help to support us with the kids, cooking and household.
We speak German and English fluently and a little bit Spanish. The kids also started French at school.
We are able to offer a separate room in our house and a car if needed.
