Given up on Olivenet. But does anyone else offer English language service and additional bonus of ability to switch off over winter?

Been paying €42 unlimited gbs, not that we use much and unlimited calls but again don't think we ever phone out. We pay for 300 mps but it only speed tests at 70mps. So a reliable 100 would be great.
Must have competent accounts department.
