Did you know that many new parents now employ a doula to live with them for the first few weeks after baby is born?

A Postnatal Doula offers the family both practical and emotional support, and enables Mum to adjust to parenthood at her own pace, and catch up with her sleep, safe in the knowledge that
help and advice are always at hand.

I work as a Postnatal Doula, supporting mothers and their
newborn babies both in the UK and in Spain. Whether you are seeking help with breast or bottle feeding, establishing a routine
for baby, or you simply want a break from night feeds so that
you can catch up on your sleep, I can help.

I?ve lived in Spain for the last 6 years, but trained in the UK and
I'm a member of Doula UK. I am also CRB checked and insured,
and I am happy to travel to wherever you live.
