The XIV Duathlon Marbella is a competition organized by the CD Triathlon Marbella in collaboration with the Delegation of Sports City of Marbella

The competition will be held on 22 February 2015 at 10:00 at the Club de Tenis y Padel Neuva Alcantara.

Participants will compete in the following:

5 km race
20 km cycling
2.5 km race

The maximum number of participants is 300 athletes. The registration fee is €21 for federal license holders and €26 for non holders. Registrations will take place until February 20, or until the limit of 300 participants is reached.

General Rules of the Competition

Mountain bikes must comply with the provisions indicated in the rules of the Spanish Triathlon. All participants MUST have a License for the 2015 season with the Spanish Triathlon Federation or accident insurance for the day

The monitoring of the competition will be conducted by officers of the Andalusian Triathlon.

Officers and technical personnel of the competition will be able to order the non-participation or withdrawal of test participants due to exhaustion, injury or any other circumstances.

All participants MUST use an unmodified dorsal provided by the organization, as well as all the identification elements provided according to the rules of the Spanish Triathlon in force.

Every athlete who participates will be properly credited so at your full and complete responsibility.

All participants simply by filing your Registration accept these Rules.

All participants MUST check the circuits safe participation. The circuits will be published by the organization on the website of the test.

Participants will need to present a PHOTO ID or official document, ID, passport or driving license,

The Organization reserves the right to modify the itinerary or cancel it if unforeseen circumstances arise.

The bike course will run on asphalt and DRAFTING will be allowed.

The use of rigid hull, properly fastened helmet, is required.

The withdrawal bicycle Transition Area may perform only when the last participant between target and, later, of the Technical Delegate authorized test.
