Hi,

We have a very beautiful renovated, two-bedroom apartment located in the Villa Marina community near the Ocean Club and Puerto Banus. We are not interested in renting short term.

We use the apartment mainly for the summer when the kids have school vacation. We are looking for a retired couple who would like to have the place for themselves for the six months (November-December) duration.

Location is ideal for beach, shopping, golfing, etc.
