A person that will clean up after their work is done for the day.

Can anyone recommend someone that they have used in the past.

I highly recommend Steve Swingle!

Hi! We used two brothers from London - Steve and Glenn Swingle for our new place in Nagueles and they did a wonderful job, cleaned up perfectly and totally reliable. They do a lot of painting/plastering and we have found them highly competent.

We have used Javier Rubio before and are pleased with the results. He worked for a construction company in Granada for 5 years and is now a legally self-employed builder/decorator. Whilst he understands a little English, we always get by. His prices seem incredibly inexpensive. Get a quote and see if you see eye-to-eye. When he says a time & date, he is always there.
