Looking for doctor that treats Age Related Macular Degeneration (ARMD)

My husband and I, both US retirees, are relocating to Marbella from Panama City in March. My husband has just been diagnosed with ARMD and we are looking for a doctor who treats ARMD with anti-VEGF injections. We are also interested in what the approximate cost would be. Thank you!
