Every new Mum wants to look like her old self again after having a baby. The big question is: how to lose those extra pounds you packed on during your pregnancy and feel and look great? During this fun and informative event, the expert trainers from Look Your Best will give you advice and answer your questions about eating well to lose weight safely and in a healthy way. They will also guide you through a series of exercises you can do at home to target problem areas and show you the new method of Muscle Stimulation Training which is great for new Mums who are short of time and want great results quickly.

Start 11.00 – Enjoy healthy snacks and drinks, take a detailed body test on the In Body machine and meet other Mums
11.30 – Nutrition advice and Q&A on what to eat to lose weight without losing vital nutrition for you and baby
12.00 – Exercises for post-baby health and fitness. This will be a practical work-out session, so wear comfortable and loose fitting clothes and get ready to burn some calories. You will also have a sheet of these exercises to take away with you so you can continue your good work at home. We will focus on exercises to -

12.30 – Introduction to EMS technology and how it can particularly help new Mums get back to their perfect shape. Muscle stimulation training (EMS) is a quick, easy and highly effective way to burn fat, tone slack muscles (post natal bulges), reduce cellulite and combat incontinence by strengthening the pelvic floor area. During the EMS workout 90% of muscles are stimulated, metabolic and enzyme activity increases and therefore more calories are burned. Training can target problem areas such as stomach, waist, hips and thighs to reduce fat and increase muscle definition for a stunning body. During this event we will explain how it works and you can try it for yourself.
