Montevideo Hills/Marbella Pads/AMMs

A better name for this urbanisation would be Montevideo Kennels, dogs bark incessantly.
A number of the houses are used as holiday lets to hen/stag parties and the noise goes through the night..
Maintenance has become a thing of the past.
If you are looking for a long term residential rental, beware.

Long Term Rentals.

The best long term rental company that I have used for my 2 rentals I have made in 5 years, is with out a doubt Bentley Properties in Puerto Banus. I rented a 3 bedroom Apartment from them in 2007 in Playas del Duque and then a 4 bedoorms Villa in Nueva Andalucia where I am now. Both great places and I got a very good arrangement because of the hard work from the agency. Highly Recommended- Tom Court.
