House in Marbella requires a couple to manage the property through the year.

The house is empty between nov and april and occupied between may and oct.

We require a couple to maintain the garden and pool and general domestic duties when the family are due to arrive. Cleaning laundry cooking babysitting driving. During the empty months to keep the house clean and secure.

My name is Lauren. I am originally from England and I met my boyfriend Juan in Mallorca last year whilst working the summer season. I have since decided to move to Spain.

Juan is from Mallorca and speaks Spanish, Mallorquin and English, I speak English and enough Spanish to get by but I am still studying Spanish in my spare time and hope to be speaking more fluently by next year.

Juan's background has been in guiding and hospitality. His family owns two restaurants and he helped to run the family business, mostly waiting but also working in the kitchen. My background is mostly customer service. I decided to live and work in Australia for a year where I had my first role as a domestic worker, I was in charge of cleaning the guests accommodation and bathrooms, I also assisted the chef in the kitchen and helped to serve the food.

Since moving to Mallorca I found myself a role at Finca Es Fangar working for a private family. This is the second largest Finca in Mallorca and the household duties include, preparing and serving food for the family. General cleaning inside and outside the house. On the Finca are also 4 other properties which are used for rental for holidays and weddings, which need cleaning regularly. The family also run a winery and have a Bodega in Felanitx, I am sometimes required to prepare the food for the clients and transport it to the venue and set up/clean down for the event. The family also have pets which I am responsible for, mostly feeding and walking and occasionally when necessary providing medicine.

We are now searching for work together as a couple as we are finding our working/life balance difficult to spend time together.

We are both confident drivers and both hold valid licences to drive in Spain.

I already have my NIE and SS number as well as my residency which is valid for 5 years so I am fully legal to work in Spain.

We are a very friendly couple who work very hard and we would love the opportunity to work for you.

Me and my partner are currently living in Australia but are hoping to move to Spain early next year 2020. I lived in Mijas, Spain for 8 years as a child and it has been my dream to move ever since I left, and after visiting Spain with my partner this year, we are both very keen to spend the rest of our lives there.
My partner has been labouring/landscaping and doing general maintenance for a variety of different companies over the past 4 years, he also has his Personal Training qualification. I have been working as a Settlement Agent for the past 3 years - which entitles transferring a property from a seller to a buyer, and liaising with banks, accountants and lawyers etc. I am very keen for a change in career as I am done with sitting in an office and would love to do something different.
