Les Roches Marbella Ceremony - 12 December 2015

On Saturday the 12th of December at 11.00 a.m. in the Salon Andalucía at the Hotel Puente Romano, Les Roches Marbella will hold its Closing Ceremony. Students of the Bachelor in Business Administration International Hotel Management (XXIII class) and students of students of the Post-Graduate Diploma in International Hotel Management (XXXV class) will be receiving their awards and credentials.

67 students will be awarded the Bachelor of Business Administration in International Hotel Management, and 38 students will obtain their Post-Graduate Diplomas. Ranked by industry hiring managers as the number 1 Hospitality Management School in Spain and among the top worldwide for an international career and due to the international prestige and quality of education, more than 90% of its graduates are working in renowned hotels and hospitality establishments in over 54 countries. This year’s graduates maintain their internationality as they come from 34 countries, such as: Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Canada, China, Egypt, Estonia, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, India, Indonesia, Italy, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mexico, Nepal, Nicaragua, Peru, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Venezuela, and Vietnam.

The Graduation Ceremony will be presided by Mr. José Bernal, Mayor of Marbella Town Hall, Mr. Juan José González, President of the Association of Businesses & Professionals, CIT Marbella, who will deliver the opening speech, Mr. Carlos Díez de la Lastra, CEO/General Director of Les Roches Marbella and Ms. Maria José Aparicio, Academic Director of Les Roches Marbella. During the Ceremony, the third edition of “Les Roches Marbella Awards 2015” will also take place. Families, authorities and representatives from local organizations and businesses will also be attending the ceremony.

Today, Les Roches has international campus in Spain, Switzerland and China. Les Roches Marbella is an official branch campus of Les Roches and a member of Laureate Hospitality Education (LHE), a Division of Laureate International Universities (LIU), with headquarters in Switzerland. Les Roches Marbella’s next intakes will start in January/February 2016 for the following programs, all delivered in English: the Bachelor of Business Administration in International Hotel Management (3,5 years) with specializations in Strategic Human Resources Management, Event Management, Resort Management or Entrepreneurship and SME Management / Les Roches Hotel Management Diploma (3 years), the 1-Year Post-Graduate Intensive Diploma in International Hotel Management and in April 2016, the new Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management for Luxury Tourism. All Les Roches Marbella’s academic programs are recognized and accredited at the university level by the New England Association of Schools & Colleges (NESAC), USA.
