King of Lions at Laude

Laude Danzart Performance Group will be presenting Broadway’s highly acclaimed musical THE LION KING on Wednesday April 6, 2011 and Thursday April 7, 2011. Both performances begin at 7:00pm at Laude San Pedro International School on Avenida La Coruña, 2, urb. Nueva Alcántara.

The musical is a compendium of African music, dance, songs and the beautiful story of Simba and his animal tribes.

Entrance: FREE admission!

Laude school

Outstanding is not the word!!!! Breath taking performances by all the children from little ones 4/5 year olds to 8/12 year olds. Every year the shows, make up, costumes etc just get better. My children unfortunately will be leaving the school this summer and I know that in any other school in marbella or england we will struggle to find anything close to the opportunities that Laude school give to each andindividual child!!!

A brilliant show

Wow, we were blown away by the performance of the Lion King by Danzart last night. The costumes, the make-up, the dancing, the stage, the lights...it was a performance not to miss.

Timon and Pumba stole the show with their comedic antics and rip roaring comments and facial expressions. I was laughing the whole night.

Bravo to all the kids who worked so hard on this show and particularly to the director/choreographer/costume designer/light & sound director/producer/music coordinator/driver/mommy and everything else...Karen Guarnieri. What an amazing show you´ve done! Thank you so much for the hard work you put in. My daughter is ecstatic to be a part of this show and you´ve gone beyond the call of duty of any teacher that I´ve ever known. You really put your heart and soul into this prouduction and it shows 150%.

Spectacular performance for the kids

I have seen other performances by Danzart (my daughter has even performed in some of them) and I have to say that they are truly spectacular. Bring your children to the show and they will not only have a great night out, but they will be inspired to dance, sing and act.

The group that has been formed with Danzart have grown so much and have acquired outstanding skills that I have yet to see with another performing art school on the Costa del Sol.

So take the whole family out for a fun night out and you will surely not be disappointed.
