I am trained as an integrative counsellor which means that I draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches in my work with clients. I previously worked for many years with a national mental health charity in the UK as a self help group facilitator, advocate and counsellor. I gained considerable experience in working with clients presenting with depression, anxiety, bipolar, addiction, LGBT issues and many other concerns.

From working in Central London as a police officer and also my role as a therapist, I have a broad and in depth knowledge of difference, diversity and general mental health concerns.

I am currently based in Marbella, Southern Spain where I offer therapy in a calm, tranquil, discreet, and confidential setting. I also offer Skype sessions.

I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (www.BACP.org.uk)
