Hello, I am looking for a consulting role within Business Operations.
My expertise is within Retail Operations, Customer Service development, HR, Store Management, Staff development.
I have been improving the Operations for Businesses for over 25 years. By strategically assessing the needs of the business and working to understand what the company wants to achieve, I am able to put effective policies, procedures and even people in place to ensure these objectives are realised.
I have worked successfully with Businesses that’s have under 5 and over 1000 staff, tailoring my services to suit the scale of the project. The majority of my experience has been gained working with multi-cultural backgrounds in London, but my work has taken me to Japan, Mexico and now Spain. Tackling language barriers and cultural diversities have been no more difficult than facing those with resistance to change, it just takes a little patience, empathy and trust.
I have a real passion for helping businesses all over the world by sharing my specialism, experience and skills and I’d love to hear from any company looking to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
I speak fluent English and I am currently learning Spanish.
