Interested in Italian cooking classes in English in Mijas?

Hello everyone.

I would like to know from you if you think that giving Italian cookery classes in the Mijas area, could be successfull?

I am not a professional, but i am Italian and learnt all i know from my Italian mother who was an excellent cook. I am told by many that i should give lessons, as i love to cook and adore talking and being with people.

It would be a very relaxed and fun class with possibility of bed and breakfast included, for guests abroad. The only thing worrying me would be the permits and bureaucracy involved.

Can anyone please give me any advice? Would i have to pay taxes?
