Import Car to Spain from Italy

I am buying a used car from Italy and need to import it from Italy to Spain and register the car in spain.


Make is Lamborghini Aventador S 2017 8,700 km

Can you help me with this?

VAT is paid in Italy, do we need to pay VAT or CO2 Emission in spain again?

Madrid or Barcelona.
