Hotel Pool facilities open to public?

Hello

I am holidaying in Marbella in April 2014 with my husband and baby daughter. We are staying in a residential apartment that has no pool facilities. I am wondering are there any hotel or apartment complex that would allow us to use (pay for) their pool and sun lounging facilities for the week?

WaterStar - swimming lessons for kids and adults has their main lessons in Sultan Hotel pool.

Try Glow. It's a gym in Puerto Banus with a really nice indoor pool. I think you can pay by the day and don't need to be a member.
