Every year, for the past 7 years the town of Campillos has held a fair showcasing local ham products and other gastronimic delights.

This is held at the emblematic José María Hinojosa park which is turned into a market for the days festivities.
Merchants from all over Andalucia descend on the village to offer top quality, traditionally made products such as cakes and sweets, goats cheeses, olive oil and of course cured pork products which are the star of the show.
They also run other activities to complete the fair with wine tasting, folk dancing groups and kids workshop to make it an all round enjoyable day out for the whole family.
