Feeding fussy children

I know it goes against the grain in every way. But can I buy fish fingers or chicken dippers (or similar) in Spain? I have a ridiculously fussy 4 year old and the thought of going on a holiday where she refuses to eat (she is stubborn enough that she would) fills me with so much dread, it'd be less stressful not to have a holiday!
