Level 3 Personal Trainer
I lived for 2 and a half years in Thailand where I studied Muaythai and Krav Maga self defence.
I was a P.T.I Physical Training Instructor in the British Army and have worked as a freelance Personal Trainer for nearly 15 years.
My client workouts are based around body weight exercises which creates a stronger and more natural looking physique, rather than using weights.
I call it combat fitness as the movements are explosive and geared around developing power and flexibility for self defence.
Both male and females will love the diversity of the workout as it increases flexibility, burns tons of calories around the mid section and legs with all of the twisting from the Muaythai punching and kicking techniques.
Also the body weight exercises produces 'working muscle' instead of showy gym muscle and the self defence side of it will very quickly show anyone how to strike the soft parts of an attackers body with the hard parts of their body.
Get fit, learn how to fight and have fun being as aggressive as you like without hurting anyone.
