I am a bit of an anomaly in that I have dominated various positions in distinct industries and countries. Fluently bilingual (native English/Spanish C1) analytical and creative customer relations professional with extensive International education and work experience in the tourism, retail and transportation logistics industries. Dedicated to providing quality attention by focusing on the smallest details to ensure clear, coherent and accurate information. Strong advocate of cohesive teamwork. Adaptable approach (patience, curiosity, ownership) to challenging situations in order to optimize production and customer satisfaction.

Previous experience in hospitality & restaurants (Canada), Social Work (Canada), Travel & Tourism (Ecuador & Galapagos Islands), Sales & marketing (Ecuador), Customer Service & call centers (UK) and most recently ESL & Transportation Logistics (Spain).

English is my mother tongue (including British/American/Canadian variants) but equally comfortable (fluent) in Spanish (including LATAM Spanish).
