For our February event Lea Frueh is inviting us to a Vision Board Party!

A Vision Board is a really powerful tool that most people never take the time to create. A Vision Board is a collage of magazine cut-outs, pictures, phrases, and words that represent the kind of life you want to live in the future. This could include your fitness levels, professional success, travel, cars, homes, experiences, etc.

We have the ability to create the kind of life for ourselves that we truly want. This vision board party is spending time on trying to figure out what that really is. Vision boards are fun, meaningful, inspiring, and powerful.
Please bring an old magazine with you. The rest of the material to create your board will be provided.

Women non-members very welcome to join us.
