Meditation, mindfulness and presence became popular terms. But what they really mean is not very clear. When you buy a CD with guided meditation or go to a course, the vocabulary used there can be even more confusing. So what does it mean: to relax, to go inside, to connect to your body, to open your heart and be present? And the other question appears: HOW to do that? Izabela L-Sletner is interested in the HOW and that is what she is going to explain at meeting in Fuengirola. Izabela will teach HOW to MEDITATE. Meditation is an activity. Activity is to be practised not talked of. (Anyway the right proportions need to be kept). From the basis of that activity we can continue to grow, to develop and to enjoy life, but we need the foundation, the alphabet, the space.
