I've been taking people up la Concha for a while now. I'm familiar with many trails round the area from Casares to Ronda and Marbella.

My personal trainer is an experienced climber, swimmer, biker and God knows what else. He is extremely fit and knows the area well. His name is Emmanuel (Manu), he speaks English and you can contact him at 637 886 788. If he isn´t able to take you I am quite sure he is able to recommend someone.

I can also highly recommend Team Xtreme. This is a service that organizes outdoor activities. We have tried out a canyoning tour with them and absolutely loved it, so I have faith in their services. I also have friends that have used them for other activities before and have been very happy.

In the meantime I will continue to look for other recommendations.
