Cinemas Puerto Banus - always wrong

I have lived in Marbella for more than 12 years. The lack of options forces us to go to this cinema. I have yet to see a film where all is ok.
The worst case was when we saw meet the fockers. Towards the last 30 min of the film all grips and microphones were visible. Not just the mics but the entire grip. Where they got this copy is a mystery.
Often english films start with the wrong language and have to be stopped. They then do not start from the begining but simply carry on.
Films are often out of focus. Today watched the latest instalment of die hard. all medium and long range shots were out of focus. Asked staff twice before they fixed it for the lat third of film
You can always count on:
1. sound during adverts way above 90 decibels. Not every time will carry this through the entire film.
2. cinema 5 has a hole in the screen, small but clearly visible.
3. Staff that simply could not care less.
Other stuff. Film plays at 20% of sound so nothing can be heard, all subtitles in an english speaking film are in Spanish, so when something is said in Russian...
