The 95 euro dinner starts at 8:00pm and includes:

* Salmon, marinated with dill, wild herb salad accompanied by fig vinaigrette

* Skewer of king prawn over a bed of Venetian black risotto and thyme sauce

* Oven baked apple sorbet with cinammon

* Best loin of veal covered in a crust of foie gras together with pine nuts flavoured with Tahitian vanilla
