Changing public schools in Marbella

Can changing my kids from one public school to another public school in Marbella be a problem?



My kids got admission for Miguel Hernandez public school in sanpedro. But i prefer the other school which is called Al- Andalus. If Al- Andalus has places for my kids can
I cancel the admission in the earlier school and apply for Al- Andalus?
